“Make Me Say It Again, Girl” originally appeared on the Isley Brothers’ 1975 album The Heat Is On as a two-part movement: “Make Me Say It Again Girl (Part 1 & 2).” The Heat Is On was met with immense success, with certifications for two million copies sold in the United States, becoming the group's first No. 1 project on the Billboard 200 Albums Chart. Coincidentally, the opening track from Destiny's Child’s eponymous 1998 debut studio album, “Second Nature,” sampled “Make Me Say It Again Girl (Part 1 & 2).” Nearly 25 years later, Destiny's Child singer Knowles and Ronald Isley were able to co-ordinate their schedules and collaborate, with Knowles imitating some of her previous 1998 harmonies as backing vocals throughout the song, climaxing in a "quintessentially Queen Bey a cappella outro... harmoniz[ing] with herself over multiple layered vocal tracks."[5][6]

"Gigolos Get Lonely Too" is the fifth track from the Time's six-song album, What Time Is It?. One of the first songs recorded for the album, it was produced, arranged, composed and performed by Prince with Morris Day later adding his lead vocals.
The song is the album's only ballad, featuring treated electronic drums, as well as live drums. Keyboards and bass make up the remaining instrumentation with an understated guitar. Day sang and played drums, Jesse Johnson played guitar, and Prince played everything else. The single was backed with the album's closing track "I Don't Wanna Leave You".
The single reached number 77 on the R&B charts.[1] A live recording of the song from 1998 was included on Morris Day's 2004 release, It's About Time.
A different mix of the song is heard on the posthumous Prince album Originals, released in 2019. This version has Prince on lead vocals and most instruments, Johnson on guitar and backing vocals, and Day on drums and backing vocals.[2]

"Cosmic Girl" is the second single from British funk and acid jazz band Jamiroquai's third studio album, Travelling Without Moving (1996). The song was released in the United Kingdom on 25 November 1996 via Sony Soho Square and in the United States in 1997 via Work Group. It achieved great chart success, peaking at No. 6 on the UK Singles Chart. The song also reached No. 3 in Italy, No. 4 in Iceland, and No. 10 in Finland. The accompanying music video was directed by Adrian Moat and filmed in Spain. The B-side to the single is an instrumental, "Slipin' 'N' Slidin'", a song originating from another Jamiroquai track called "Mr Boogie", which was a live-only song. "Slipin 'N' Slidin'", just like "Mr Boogie", also has a vocal version.

Lady Cab Driver is the ninth track on Prince’s fifth album 1999, and, in 1983, was included as a b-side on some versions of the single Little Red Corvette, the album’s second single.

Basic tracking took place on 7 July 1982 (the day after Moonbeam Levels, the day before Baby, You’re A Trip) at Sunset Sound in Hollywood, California. The song’s music is very similar to the 1981 recorded Rearrange, almost as if Lady Cab Driver was a reinterpretation of that song. It also bares similarities to The Stick.
