“Following the band's break up, Paul wasn't on good terms with John and he wrote 'Dear Friend' as a way of reaching out. Speaking about the song, Paul explained that it was him: 'Talking to John after we'd had all the disputes about The Beatles break up. I find it very emotional when I listen to it now.’”

Bob- Thank you so much for doing the drums one more time. Hitting with just that much more force was enough so that I could lower the volume so that any hiss was barely noticeable. Your part can still be heard where it needs to be, just like you played it.
