@Bob : I hurt my right shoulder. Just to show that everybody hurts. :D

@Rick Rhino: I knew it. I could tell. I hurt my right shoulder too, doing chin ups.

Your looks worse. Have you seen a doctor?

@Bob : I'm quite built. I'm a powerlifter. I have a lot dense muscle on me.

So you're used to it. How long will it take to heal? I'm going on a month now. I thought the swelling would have gone down.

@Bob : trying to rebuild my torn tricep on that side. May take a while. You see that shoulder looks bigger as it is compensating for the torn tricep. Looks swollen but it's just muscle mass. :)
