I'm back from travels - great, great vocals, wow! Okay, I re-synced both bass tracks, so on a re-publish it should sound much, much tighter. Really without a BT or click or drums, it's a bit of a challenge, but I worked off of Michaels harpsy as best I could. Such a great collab - great work gents!
Hi Michael , Ive adjusted my vocals to -00.085 in studio mode, i think that pretty much sees them right timing wise. [as best i i can tell anyway ] Ive also adjusted the volumme in DAW down a pinch and tweeked the panning a bit as well , let me know what you think . I have noticed my ''God only Knows'' outtakes are slightly off [ pit falls of doing a double track ] I could do a re take if you think it will help the overall collab ,however given the nature of the outtake and with Tonys tracks to come, it might just blend in nicely anyway . Right off the bat my little clarinet turnaround in the first verse is out of sync with the bass. I think I will wait until Bill adjusts his part and then match him. Are the rest of my parts okay as far as sync goes?
I got rid of the two backing tracks and condensed seven keyboard tracks into one window, for all the good it did. I may have just made a bigger mess. If you want to edit the window, it's a separate collab called GodpianosFHclarinetsFlutes.
