How to check if you are blocking someone

How to check if you are blocking someone. If you go to a users profile do you see a message button? If not either they are blocking you or you are blocking them. Click the circle with a line through it to block and then again to unblock. You can go to your user settings and click blocked users to see if you are blocking anyone. Yo unblock them just click the circle to unblock.
