Hi everyone how are you all, hows everyone sleeping in this heat, well ya guessed it i'm not and with dissociating so much this week, i have been battling my struggle through my lyrics again, this time more improvisation, this whole song was improvised while i recorded it, lyrics, singing and music all improvised on the spot, this is a way i find helps me to strengthen my voice box, its still very weak from the disphagia, but through determination its getting there, its still a little muffled in places so i'll share the lyrics with you. here is a battle cry x
