I've heard this song and bassline before, but it was from the Chili Peppers. I didn't know it was a cover.
Glad to have found this gem of a track by Sly. Dennis, if you want drums to this one I can handle it..might be a little bit of a wait but it's a shame to see this incomplete. Owen's horn part sure sounds good as well as the vocals :)
