cDub 1) use chrome 2) where the url is written (bandhug.com/....) to the left of the address will be a padlock - click on it and allow camera and mic on the dropdown 3) Start is grayed out of you haven't selected a 'talent' (apologies if you've already tried these, thought I'd put a response up as these are things I had to fix..)..

@Jungle Jim: Thanks Jim. Everything is already in that configuration. Reset everything but, still grayed out and not able to record.

@cDub: the admin are usually super helpful if you have the time to persist with this, and it'd be a shame to not have you on here fella.

@cDub: Here is the video to show what you need to check assuming you are on windows. NO IOS yet. Also two main browsers, chrome or firefox. Safari will not work. You can go to www.cam-recorder.com for quick test . That uses same tech we do. Also you can try offline app if you want. Let me know and I will give you link to app. to try.

Hello Clay. Man, there are some thing I learned about this site issues. 1) I Use the Microsoft Edge and it works very fine (the best navigator) 2) Tru to erase all the cache from your computer so is very probable it will works (this problem you said ocurred with me too and I solved this way). @cdub
