Classic from the Allmans from their 1994 album Where It All Begins, the mushroom on the cover. Great blues ballad with a smoothe groove. Written by Warren Haynes, sung by Gregg Allman, with distinctive lead and slide guitar duals during two outstanding breaks. The song is an ode of sorts to Haynes' father.

Hi guys. I'm totally new to this site and have no idea what I'm doing. I am a huge ABB fan and could easily help out with this track if you would like. I play lead/slide/rhythm guitar and sing. I can also do bass in a pinch. LMK if you're interested but you will need to guide me through the process a bit. -allen

@Gregorian: what's your handle?

Go for it, bro.

Vox track ready, Bob. Mix added. My voice was raspy from a recent cold, but I think it helped. :-)

Thanks, bro. DAW keeps crashing on my phone. Won't be able to publish until tonight.

That's a nice moody gutteral track there Strumbo. Thanks. Levels are just estimates at this point. I did drop yours a bit to what I thought was just over the BT and Eric's and my tracks.

Good one. Let me know if you'd like me to take a crack at the vocals.

Go for it, mate.

How about the base.

@Bob : if you're in no rush. Keep in mind I haven't started on Joker yet and I'm not particularly speedy to begin with. Your call.

Video collab please?

Bob 7 mois auparavant

I'm not quite hip to your meaning, Eric. Do you mean traçk with video? Or track with enhanced video?

Eric (@pcderic) 7 mois auparavant

@Bob : I just meant that we accept/prefer video submissions (not just audio with the Bandhug logo)

Bob 7 mois auparavant

@Eric (@pcderic) : Definitely preferred, yes. Although some add video after laying down their track. I'm ok with that.

cbgb - Hi Bob, I just submitted an uninvited test track. I just recorded this on a whim. I know it's wrong so I let you move it to Drafts if you had someone or something else in mind.

Thanks, Eric. I love it. Would it be greedy for me to ask if you'd like to do Theme From an Imaginary Western? https://bandhug.com/watch/them....e-from-and-imaginary

Eric (@pcderic) 9 mois auparavant

@Bob : Thanks. Not greedy at all. I'll add it to my TODOs. I don't really know it so I'll see if it grows on me...

Eric (@pcderic) 9 mois auparavant

Oh, I forgot to say, great job on the drums! Looking forward to see this collab grow.
