Another great track.from the Stones' 1972 album 'Exile On Main Street'. A wine-soaked, late night feeling pervades this bluesy acoustic singalong jam. Among other things, it's a fond shout-out to California from a bunch of Brits partying in France. I'm not looking for a slavish copy of the original - I do want everyone to have a lot of fun breathing some new life into this beloved classic. I want to capture that loose but always in-the-pocket rhythm and bring lots of joy to the big, sloppy sing-along choruses. This collab is open to all.

I appreciate your initiative but I'm going to set the handclap track aside for now - sonic space is getting pretty busy this late in the game. If I have time I might edit and just add it in the double Outro verse. We could use some more hand claps for that part.
Thank you Gary Badger! Your trumpet solo sounds great and adds a lot of value. I think I've never heard you improvising bluesy lines before. It's a good sound. Somewhere Satchmo is looking down and smiling.
