We Want A Rock (They Might Be Giants) Is a rollicking happy nonsense song from TMBG's 1990 album 'Flood'.
When she was about 6 years old my daughter and I used to sing this together and giggle uncontrollably. She's well into her 20s now and we still like this one.
The tempo might be called 4/4 with a strong double-time feel? It's said to have a tempo of 86 BPM. Or consider it double-time at 172 BPM
In any case it's quite fast, with a whole lot of very precise chord changes crisply played. The bass is punchy and percussive. It is technically challenging to play it tightly enough to keep the whole thing from going off the rails.
