Initially a guitar and bass player, born in Montreal, plaid (on and off) for over 50 years, but for the 2 years now, I would require one trigger finger surgery or others in the left hand if I am to pick up one of my instruments again. Now retired and not really being able to live without music, I bought a Nord 3 Stage 3 keyboard (not cheap) to practice (self thought) to become good enough to have fun again. Am almost there, I will keep it up until… I was a fairly regular member of BandHub. Started when a Japanese member sought me out on the Internet as one that could help him with his song, probably fooled by my stupid videos on my YouTube channel then, and trust me, still don’t know why, I was/am not good, maybe the fact that I was weird and did many videos with Karaoke track of Jim Morrison, mostly when I was drunk, and that was pretty often… hi hi. I have played with many garage and amateurish bands. But, in front of live public, only once in a small club with my band in the 70’s, payment was only in exchange for booze money, not sure who came ahead… LOL. I also have multiple hours at home and studio sessions/practices with a lot of friends and garage bands; I mostly played rhythm guitar and vocals. I don’t have a good singing voice, mostly a nasal speaking voice also, hey, so does Celine Dion...hi hi.
