I'm not exactly a good performer, but I surely know my way around a DAW, so yes, all of my videos are playback to my edited own performances. I'm trying to compensate my lack of talent and practice with loads of hours of research and trying to nail the original sound with instruments and effects as close to the original as possible. I'm only doing this because I'm obsessed with music and it's pretty much the only way I can get around as an amateur. Also, I really think the way we sound here is the most important thing, so that's way I do playback on my videos. Otherwise I'd sound like that annoying drunken karaoke singer and we don't want that :))! Thank you BandHug creators, maintainers and fellow musicians for giving me the means and the opportunity to feed my addiction!
