"Golden Slumbers" is based on the poem "Cradle Song" from the play Patient Grissel, a lullaby by the dramatist Thomas Dekker, first published in 1603. McCartney saw sheet music for "Cradle Song" at his father's home in Liverpool, left on a piano by his stepsister Ruth. Unable to read music, he created his own music. McCartney uses the first stanza of the original poem, with minor word changes,[ adding to it a single lyric line repeated with minor variation.

Stu, I just reviewed the general mix and saved it as my DAW, if you publish from there you could evaluate the progress... I can offer to quantize and create a master mix using my software, just let me know, but I suggest you publish my daw for now. If you prefer to continue with your own mix i will respect that.
Hi Stu, I’d be happy to help with general mix, I inly did my tracks, added several bvs and mixed them to avoid a heavy collab. You just need to mix all tracks and publish again. Let me know if I can help.
