Thanks Pete, sounding really good, took your mix suggestion. Do you have the possibility to create the two panned "whoosh" effects in the beginning and the ones in the solo?

@SingingWomble: I'll see if I can sample that. If not, then I'm at a loss.

@Pete Hanratty: I was able to rip a couple of them and sent them where I thought they might work. Not much else I'm good at with sound effects.

Thank you Frank, that was faster than I thought. It's great to hear you and Dan on the same notes, shows what timing monsters you both are. Just great! :) The only thing I would change in the solo is the missing panning effect. I don't know if I can manage that with my new DAW insallation. It would be cool if you could play some of the notes/slides of the solo on a second track and pan the main one middle-left and the few notes hard-right to mimic the original stereo effect. Other than that,you are perfect for the song because you're a magician, lol :oD

I managed to do some manual panning on the track, no better time to learn than now,lol. This will do for now, will try and get deeper in the DAW experience and possibilities. :)

...and your solo is perfectly in line with the feeling of the original, only double the notes means twice as good ! :oD
