Do you have lag when you record or do you have sync problem with your recorded track and the other tracks ?

@Serena Hainaut: It's the live track i'm hearing back through my headphones...it's way behind the backing the track

@jeffappleton: Did you try to disable hardware acceleration in Chrome or Firefox (I don't know what you use) and/or disable spatial sound in the sound settings ?

jeff - i've had same issue wtih lag tried everything h/w acceleration etc nothing fixes it. What I do is download the videos or audio and then rocord my video along with them on my own PC using OBS and Reaper, then I mix the video using Da Vince Resolve and then upload it as a backing track - seems like a long way round but I can sync everything perfectly in DaVinci Resolve and being able to download the other videos to play along with / sync to helps too. I prefer working like that.
