From the iconic album Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness of The Smashing Pumpkins, Farewell and Goodnight close the album with the same piano notes that opened it. It sounds like a lullaby but the lyrics are full of dark hope. Most people think it's about suicide, or the end of something. But the song is beautiful.

Hi @felkeys Felipe and Bdajaysus John. My daughter accepted to join us for this song. I'm so happy. We did her parts with my profile cause she is not on Bandhug. I really hope you'like her contribution as I do. I also did a master mix and applied it on my vocal track. I muted all the other parts but you can still listen to them in the daw, except for my vocal. Let me know if everything is ok for you. I can redo the mix if something is wrong. Don't be shy. I will wait after you comments before publishing.

Done, Claude... I recorded a new version and used the same video. Thanks again for the invite to this interesting project. I know the band but never heard the tune before. An interesting summary you provided in the description... I really enjoyed playing with John and you. You guys did a very detailed version on guitars and percussion, and your vocals are a good match too.

I did a new mix but, as I said, I will redo it all in my daw when all the tracks will be there. Only D'arcy Wretzky vocal part and back vocals are missing for now.

Wow! It sounds so good!! Fantastic track Felipe. I made some adjustments to the mix to separate the piano and the acoustic guitar. I will recenter the piano for the end of the song in the final mix. Can I publish or do you want to make your patch first ?
