"3AM" (stylized as "3 am" on the album and "3 AM" on the single) is the third single and the third track from Matchbox 20's debut album, Yourself or Someone Like You. The song topped the Canadian RPM Top Singles chart for two weeks and the US Billboard Adult Pop Songs chart for ten weeks; it was not allowed to chart on the Billboard Hot 100 at the time due to not receiving a physical release in the United States. Outside North America, "3AM" reached number 31 in Australia and became a minor hit in Europe.

@FelKeys : ok, that makes it tricky, then. I am guessing he is not using a monitor interface and this will make it hard for him to listen to his own singing while recording. New hardware may be necessary.
