@cyberbass great job producing the end result. Makes a huge difference to see everybody better. And thanks Fuss for adding this live feeling. Live how you took the vocals and Fusserized it. Love the spotlight effects too! Awesome guys!

Ok guys, first crack at the final mix. What do we think, does it sound good? Changes/suggestions?

Also like to know your thoughts on the video layout - does it look better than 8 tiles?

@CyberBass: Yeah, with the six tiles, everybody has a little bigger frame. Looks good to me, though personally I would try and get everyone facing inward. Like maybe switch the drums and bass positions. Fuss looks good at top center.

@YvesC: Yeah true, but Fuss may do BV's, so I might have to go to 9 tiles and take apart the double tracks I built lol

9 is better anyway for a standard 16:9 ratio

Bases are loaded. It's the bottom of the ninth and the home team has their backs against the wall. Mussington is up to bat. It all comes down to this. Here's the pitch!

CRACK!!!

It's a mighty swat! The ball flies over the fence, over the wall, ovet everyone's heads and out of the stadium,. It crashes through the plate glass window of the pizza place two blocks away. It bounces, smoking, through the dining room. It rolls across the red-checkered table cloth where a party of eight are dining. It comes to rest dead center on a sizzling New York slice with all the toppings. The crowd and the restaurant guests are all amazed. A bit of blue smoke curls lazily up from the ball.

Well done all. Y'all crushed this one. Fuss, you hit a grand slam man.

Bravo! And pass the Parmigiano.

WOOOOOW!!! That was one outstanding vocal performance there, Fuss_Mussington - It's so cool to finally see this collab finished with the vocal. I'll admit, I was worried you weren't coming, Jym. Took a while, but clearly worth the wait. Phenomenal work here, guys! Sounds like a winner to me. BTW CyberBass - I was thinking, you could actually make this a six tile video, by combining the two guitar tracks into one, and combining the two harmonica tracks into one, and removing the BT and the bobble head. Just a little FYI for ya there. Congrats on a fine collab!

CopyCat I’ll admit I do not know how to do that. I may try to learn it …

@CyberBass: My way - First, you would delete all tracks in Drafts. Then, move all tracks (accept the two tracks you're combining) from Studio to Drafts. Then, download mp4 of the two tracks in Studio. Then, move those two tracks to Drafts, and move the other two tracks you're combining into Studio., and again download an mp4 of those two tracks. Then move those two tracks back to Drafts, and move all the other tracks back to Studio. Then add the two mp4s you downloaded . FInally, rearrange all six tracks in Studio so it looks cool. Publish and mark as completed. There you have it. :-)

@CyberBass: Of course, it would be much easier to simply remove the BT and publish a nine tile collab video. Even in this case, I would still rearrange all tracks so the final video layout looks cool. BTW Man, the audio quality of the current mix is amazing. Well done!

@CyberBass: I agree with CC that a 6 tile video would be optimal unless a separate BT is upcomimg? The bobbly head was meant to be temporary BTW.

@pcderic: Yes sir the modification is underway. I will have to publish a few times to get the composite videos CC is talking about. Will do it tonight.

@CyberBass: Some how you got a full band mix as the audio of the harmonica track. Should be hearing only harmonica in that track. Not sure how you did that.

@CyberBass: Maybe you published from DAW instead of from Studio? Well, at least the original tracks are still safe in drafts. You could try again and be sure to publish from Studio this time. I didn't mean to screw you up with the suggestion. I'm here to help, if needed.

@CopyCat : I have an idea how it happened. Not sure to be honest. It happened on publish, but clearly there are only two tracks in the video. Hassle to fix so I thought I might try it out to give it an overall bigger sound.

CyberBass
CyberBass 20 horas hace

By that I mean, my two local copies of the harmonica tracks do not include the band - so it happened on publish

@CopyCat : I sure did publish from daw. I did not apply a mix, I just had two remaining tracks and hit publish

@CyberBass: Strange. Maybe you needed to reload the Studio page before publishing the harmonica tracks together.

@CopyCat : To fix it I need to move the other tracks to draft, rebublish (from studio), and move all the tracks around again...ugh. I think with the timing in sync, it sounds good?

@CyberBass: Yeah Man, I wouldn't mess with it any more. As it is now, everything sounds and looks great. Six tiles with an awesome mix, Thumbs up!!
