This is from the Johnny Winter LP "John Dawson Winter III featuring Richard Hughes on Drums and Randy Jo Hobbs on Bass. The keyboards used were a Solina played by Edgar Winter who also played the Piano portion

2-3-26 - this magnificent beauty has finally come to life. An extraordinary Ballad that Strumbo and myself have favored since childhood. The added piano, strings and bass add much color. Great work by all that contributed. Remixed and published today at 2:30PM PST.
