Added some light pan effects to guitars and vocals. Adjusted mix again and published.

Clint_the_Cool_Guy Thanks for taking the time to master that tricky lead guitar part. Your new track sounds pretty great. Tell me about your signal chain - how did you get that lovely, subliminal wah effect?

Just some compression and a crappy wah pedal! I tried to dial it into Steve Millers, but couldn’t really get there. I think he’s using a lot more reverb, maybe a chorus pedal too.

@Clint_the_Cool_Guy: I gave your lead guitar a large dollop of sweet Audacity reverb. I could have used even more I suppose. It was a specified step in the right direction in any case.

Clint_the_Cool_Guy you took your act up several notches with your new guitar tracks. I like them very much!

But there was a tinny high-pitched hum ni the background of both tracks. So I downloaded them and did some noise reduction in Audacity to remove that. Then I added some reverb to your lead track. I replaced original audio tracks with the new ones with Avidemux. I moved original tracks to Drafts and uploaded new ones with audio post-processing. Brought 'em in as "BT" in order to avoid overwriting the name at the start of the tracks, then edited track info appropriately.

Adjusted new mix and published. It sounds pretty good! Sounds like guitars and/or drums took a couple measures at the start to find the groove but then it gets pretty tight and tasty!

Good deal! I’m glad you were able to use it. Yeah sometimes I get some noise issues. It’s been hard to isolate. Thanks for taking the time to clean it up

@Clint_the_Cool_Guy: we've all been there. I get noise whenever I turn on a light that's on the same plug as my guitar rig. And hum seems to vary a lot based on orientation of my guitars to my amp.

Your noise seems a little mysterious to me because it is clearly not tje standard 60Hz hum we usually hear. It's a higher pitch than that.

@Clint_the_Cool_Guy thanks. I'll have a listen to.orrow. I just got back from 4 days camping off the grid. Thanks for keeping this collab in mind!

That sounds fun. I still don't like my track and may redo it. Regardless, enjoy your vacation from your vacation :)

Hi - I just added a lead track too. It's not great, but it's serviceable I suppose!
