@Fuss Mussington: HAhaha, it's already happening! Thanks for accepting. You can ignore that BV track. I might civer the BVs, after you do the LV here. Just listen to the BT only, when you're recording. Hoping you can match up to the original vocal. A bit too fast for me, I think. Glad you're interested, Mr. M :-)

cDub - I am subscribed. Would you mind if I take control of this collab until it's completed? And then you could take back ownership, once you're satisfied with everything. I'm thinking stegokitty might be a good singer to invite for LV, if you're not interested in singing it.. Or possibly Byrdlander could sing, if he wants to. Perhaps I could do BVs, if you'd rather not keep those original BVs in the mix. You could actually save mixes in DAW to your liking, and I would publish what you save. When there's a will, there's a way to get this collab finished. Let us know your feeling about it. I hope you don't disappear permanently from Bandhug because of the subscription situation. No need to.

I understand, Clay. Thanks for getting back. Like I said, I had fun, this is the song that started my issue with my hand, and it felt good to get the parts done after some rehab and rest (and CBD!). It's unfortunate that existing collabs were exempt from the subscription block.

@Byrdlander : It's good to know your hand has fully recovered. Another option would be to start your own TJ collab and download the mp4s from this collab, and upload them to your new collab, sync everything up, save and apply a mix, and then publish it.I hate to see perfectly good tracks go unused here on Bandhug. Happy to help how ever I can.

@CopyCat : Hi there, and thank you. I am not 100%, but I can play for a couple of hours before I have to stop now. Depends on what I'm doing. Strumming is not so bad, but playing lines is harder. I am not going to subscribe at this time, so that is not an option, and I find the syncing and all that to be very time consuming and off-putting. I do want to see this collab finished, especially since we got Alf to do the keyboard bits. I really appreciate your offer of assistance.

@Byrdlander : No doubt, syncing tracks can suck up a lot of time, but it's the kind of time consumption that I enjoy. I think I get a little better at it with each collab I mix. I would love to take over this collab and get it sounding as tight as possible, but only with Clay's permission, of course. Fortunately, Dennis has helped me out big time, not only with my subscription, but he also gave me the ability to publish any collab, which comes in handy from time to time. I use that 'power' only when permitted by the collab organizer. I suppose Dennis likes my mixing, and trusts I won't abuse the privilege. Only a few of us have been given this ability, so I don't take it for granted. Hoping Clay will agree to let me take control for a while, to get everything mixed and published here. We'll see, I guess. I have another tune you guys might be interested in, possibly to enter the May Stones contest. I'll PM you about that soon.

@cDub: Cool, thanks. I went ahead and tightened up all the track timing, and readjusted all volume levels. That's probably my best for now. I'm gonna try and invite stegokitty to sing the LV. He hasn't done any collabs in a while, so I guess we'll see... If you want any further mix adjustments, feel free to save a mix in DAW, and I can go ahead and publish whatever changes you save.

Hey Byrdlander - According to his profile page ( https://bandhug.com/@cDub ), it appears that cDub was "Last Seen Friday 22nd of March", which tells me he's been occupied outside of BH for a while, and no way of knowing when he might be logging in again. He has not given me permission to publish his collab, or I could do it for him when he can't. Regarding my singing this song, I passed on this one when Clay first started the collab. Not a good LV for me. But I did upload the original BVs for the hell of it, which he has published for the time being. Let's hope he logs on soon and publishes your latest work. Cool of you to add your talent to this nicely growing collab.
