"Whatever" is a song by Norwegian DJ Kygo (who cares about him ?) and American singer Ava Max (Yah Baby !), released on 19 January 2024, through RCA Records. It contains an interpolation of Shakira's 2001 song "Whenever, Wherever", with lyrics about a breakup; therefore, Shakira, Tim Mitchell and Gloria Estefan are credited as co-writers. The song reached number one in Norway and the top 10 in several countries, including Bulgaria, Croatia, and Sweden.
