Hey admin - my bass submission has no audio, d'ja mind having a look?

@Jungle Jim: The file is corrupt. There is nothing there. Do you have the webm file when you recorded? You can upload that.

@Jungle Jim: admin I have also been experiencing this issue one tracks as of yesterday

@admin: every track i try to record shows up blank with no audio or video. I found a temporary workaround: when finished recording, save and upload your file, then take the saved file from your computer and add into the collab via the "Add Tracks" section, this will populate your recording into the collab with audio and video

@admin: something is corrupting the file in between the save and uploading, because BH is recording it fine, otherwise it wouldnt be a successful saved audio and video file on my computer

@Jason : I have seen that on some. Dou you record with mono checked? Try mono unchecked and see if upload is working properly. We added a process if mono is checked. Not sure if that is the issue.

@Jason : sometimes if the audio is grey, try a reset.
