Update 13-01-2020:
Did a second recording and sound seems better in sync than last time. In Studio mode it seems pretty good locked in. In publish mode a few miliseconds ahead, but good enough I think.
I didn't change any settings just toggled my virus scanner (McKafee) on and off and on but in the end it didn't seem to make much difference. Video is not in sync yet.

Is that the same in studio mode? Before saving and publishing in studio mode set both tracks exactly to 0:00. Maybe this helps.
This is going to be trial and error. Try wih out audio interface or a different one. Turn volume down on BT . Are you on wireless? do a speed test on the internet. Turn off antivirus if you have. Try a different browser. This is all new and Trial and error is all we have
