"Respect" is a song written and originally recorded by American soul singer Otis Redding. It was released in 1965 as a single from his third album Otis Blue/Otis Redding Sings Soul and became a crossover hit for Redding. In 1967, fellow soul singer Aretha Franklin covered and rearranged "Respect", resulting in a bigger hit and her signature song.

@thx1138: TY - I personally don’t care if the tracks show, what counts is hearing it. :-)

I've repaired by accelerating the track by 8.84%.

Why 8.84% ? I had the intuition that it was a 44100/48000 mismatch, and it was it.

Something like Jérome audio device is at 48000 while he recorded at 44100 or something like that

@YvesC: @YvesC: Thats great! . I hadnt seen something like this in a while. Last time I saw this it was on a battery device. I always thought it was a low battery problem. Wow thats good to know.

@admin: Thanks admin, glad to help. I had the idea because it happened to me long ago with Audacity, Focusrite was set to 48k while Audacity project at 44k and for some reasons it confused it.

I tried :-) ... but don't know why my track seems longer than yours ... ???

This does seem strange. The end time in studio was only 00.002.36 where the time should be 02.36.391. I changed it. But seems like the time is stretched some how. Like it was edited to change BPM... Not sure but yes something is off.

JeromeB51480 - I have published the mix but due to the apparent issue your track is muted. Your space is reserved for you until this is fixed.
