"I Put a Spell on You" is a 1956 song written and composed by Jalacy "Screamin' Jay" Hawkins. In October 1968, Creedence Clearwater Revival released a cover of this song, which was also on their eponymous debut album released in July 1968. This cover was natural for Fogerty, whose own manic vocal delivery had much in common with Hawkins' powerful singing style. The band later performed it at the Woodstock Festival in 1969.

Dang Frank! You done ripped the spleen out of this one. Whacked it with a 2x4 until the timber cracked. Way to go!
John I don't think k I've ever heard you wail quite so hard and high as in this one. No crooning allowed, just balls to the walls emoting. Bravo! Awooo!!!
Yeahhhhh!!!

I have a drum track up but it's not quite in sync and I'm having some trouble syncing it through the whole song. Is anyone working on this at the same time? I have to step away for a bit to fed the dog and make my wife dinner, in that order, so stand by... Thanks... This is a rockin' sounding collab btw.
