Hi ... I'm trying to make the collaboration complete but it doesn't seem to work ... can you help me?

@Andrea Tek_drum : which web browser are you using? For some reason, Firefox finds a problem with it, but Chrome plays it fine.

@Daniel Ramos (@dan00075): I use iPhone and it has always worked .... it hasn't worked since I clicked on COMPLETE

@Andrea Tek_drum : Yes, you published Carlo's track as BT. Now I have published it as Carlo's track. Something went wrong with his track. There was no video, and it caused the whole collab video to fail. I downloaded it, handbraked it and uploaded it again and I was in the middle of changing it from BT to User track when you published. That is why it looked like itworked, for you. Now I have assigned the track to Carlo and it is OK.

@Daniel Ramos (@dan00075): So you always have to check that the tracks are not configured as BT ?

@Andrea Tek_drum : All is good. You can adjust Carlo's volume if you want. I turned it up a little as a side effect of this whole thing.

@Andrea Tek_drum : No, this is just a one-off glitch. If this happens again, contact me, or Dennis.

@Andrea Tek_drum : As a general rule, if the collab does not publish as expected, you should contact either me/Laurast first (because of time zone), or Stephen Sable/Brian Beavan in USA time zone, or finally Dennis.

@Andrea Tek_drum : You should be able to publish this collab again if you want to make changes to volume levels, etc. as normal.
