This is from the Bob Dylan LP Nashville Skyline which also featured Johnny Cash. Lady Lay Lady was released as a single 45 rpm. It's a cross breed of country and light rock.

2-25-26 due to the amount of inverted chords and my beginner level keyboard experience, I've removed myself from Organ portion and have delegated michaeldixon ..it's gonna sound much better once he puts his touches on this portion anyway..Thanks Michael
