Hi PotterTea you need to have the backing track in the first panel for people that want to join If they, like me, record to BT only the first panel is always bt

@Liverpool Harmonica: Bandhug will only accept tracks that have audio and video, now the video can be still and I have seen that on here , I don't know how to do that yet.

If you could start by importing a backing track and then record your own track in isolation ideally listening through headphones so the backing track doesn't bleed into your track. Once recorded it is very simple to sync the audio with the backing track in DAW mode.
