"Talk To Ya Later" by The Tubes. Off of their "The Completion Backward Principal" album which came out in 1981. This song was cowritten by The Tubes, David Foster, and Steve Lukather. David Foster produced the album and Steve Lukather played some guitar on the recording.

Nice work you all! I'm a big fan of this band. I saw them play this live several times back in the day. The key to this band is bass and drums, and you guys laid down a good, heavy, tight groove here. Excellent keys too - all those layered weird sounds from Vince Welnick are well covered here. thx1138 you are rocking the lead guitar here with authority, as usual. Rogen Steen would approve. Rockin' good performances all around. Bravo!
