@Eric (@pcderic) : good reminder on the Yamaha..I should do more exploration on the YC-61 (not quite as good as yours but does have the waterfall keyboard). Are you going analog out of the keyboard? I doscovered a way with built in Yamaha sounds to use the MIDI port and go directly to DAW. A bit tricky but it works.
