Townes wrote of many songs and Pancho and Lefty is one of his best known. Covered by Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Emmylou Harris, Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan and many others. This version does not have the classic lead in but was one of best with both Willie Nelson and Bob Dylan.

I did not know this beautiful song. And I don't even understand the lyrics (I'm not good at English). Nevertheless, I don't know why, this collab moves me. Inside perhaps I see my youthful hopes, the American roads that I dreamed of and that marked my youth. Thanks friends!
