"Peace Frog" is a song by the Doors, which was released on their fifth studio album Morrison Hotel in 1970. The song's lyrics were derived from three poems written earlier by Morrison, titled "Abortion Stories", "Dawn's Highway" and "Newborn Awakening".

The abobe link will give you the BT video+audio. This is the best source to ensure proper alignment with all tracks in BH.

Hello Belan, using the BH recorder, it would really be much simpler if you got used to recording with "BT Only" and sing over the original. Otherwise, you may want to start using a stem splitter and record offline against a BT you create yourself (that's what I do myself). Many DAWs have that built-in. Mine is Logic Pro and it's super easy to use.

The other reason why I suggested these options (1. online recording with "BT Only"; 2. offline recording) is that when using the online BH recorder, you can actually mute the BT (in Track 1) by dropping the volume slider at the bottom but then you'd be recording against a bunch of tracks that aren't in sync due to the various offsets.

@Eric (@pcderic) : Oh you mean I could just send vocal stem and you'll put it where it needs to go even if mine doesnt add up perfectly?

@Belan Jarmon: Pretty much, yes. That's what the DAW tab in Bandhug is for (aligning tracks) amd adjusting the mix)

@Belan Jarmon: Note that your should record against the Bandhug Backing Track (download it when working offline). If you record against the original audio (that you might have at home), they may not line up perfectly across the whole song -- i.e. there's something about Youtube videos that introduces some kind of lag.

cbgb -- Hey Bob, nice drumming! This actually sounds pretty technical, isn't it? Anyway, you nailed it. THANKS!

You are so right. I was never a Doors fan. The drumming was not in my wheelhouse. The drum part is actually kind of jazzy. It took me quite a long time to get what I got but it's not a cover. I can get it note for note but it will take a few more attempts. I'll probably have to chart it out.

@Bob : Yes, you feel the jazz influences in the drumming and the jazz/blues in the guitar/keys. I know what you mean by not being a fan. I was kinda the same until I starting playing their stuff (or attempting to). I've come to really appreciate the musical chemistry that they had. You can redo it but don't do it for me because I think that it's great as it is.
