Hi Brian, there's 2 things:

1) The other songs I owe for longer than this one. It wouldn't be fair to bypass them. If I cheat and push my own projects, this one could be #7 on my to-do.

2) The work to learn the song. It's not a problem, I'm willing to invest this work. The score helps a bit to speed-up the learning process but still have to learn and practice.

Conclusion: I can do it but it would be in around 2 months.

Hi, I’ve just seen that you had already asked me 8 months ago, and I declined. It’s not just a 3-bar blues song, and totally unknown to me. It would cost me too much time and effort to learn it (despite the score). Sorry.

Hi Brian, hope you are well. I have an Excel spreadsheet in which I track all the tracks I owe. So I will never forget a track I owe. This one is at #9 in this list. As I'm not retired and I work full-time, this will take a while again to have it done. Furthermore, as Nord mentioned, the keys requires some work. But, if you'd like this collab to be finished soon, no drama, please ask someone else. It would freed a line on my to-do. Sorry for having wasted your time. Cheers.
