Road to NAMM show

Road to NAMM show. - Bandhug will be at NAMM 2022

Bandhug - Lets make some music!NAMM Show Plus May be an image of floor plan

The National Association Music Merchants show is the largest music convention in the world. In Jan 2022 we pondered the possibility of exhibiting Bandhug at the NAMM show. With some crowd funding and creative effort we managed to clinch our spot at NAMM. So far we have Two Bandhug members helping to Man the exhibit. The Convention is on June 3rd through Jun 5th. We move in and setup on June 2nd. The convention hours are 10-6 on Friday and Saturday (3rd and 4th)and 10-5 on Sunday(5th).
We have a 5ft x 10 ft. area booth ,#15021 (1.52 x 3.05 meters) They give us a table with a black drape. We will have a banner to place in front of the table. We get 1 electrical outlet. I am planning on taking a free standing TV stand for a 55in TV, 2 laptops (1 windows 1 mac), Maybe a desktop. Audiobox 96 with mic. Maybe a guitar, cables, headphones, Postcard and sticker handouts. TV will run Demo with top collabs and our Trailers we have up on YouTube. looping. If some one wants a demonstration or try it out. We should be able to do so with mic or guitar. Not sure what internet will be like there so I need to configure a local server to run the dev. site without internet. They do not provide chairs so will bring a couple. We Will do a dress rehearsal once we have all the components. Figure out what else we may need.
We will be going live on Facebook, Maybe Youtube, while at the convention. We will post pics and videos when we can.
Getting the word out there about Bandhug is why we want to go to the NAMM show. We seek musicians that might try Bandhug and become part of our community. We are also looking for music instructors to recommend Bandhug to their students as a way of practice and learning. Getting contacts in the industry for promoting instruments, learning, practice, participation or even partnerships are our goals.
The NAMM show is one of, if not the largest, music shows. It is described as "The World’s Largest Trade-Only Show for the Music Products, Pro Audio and Event Tech Industry
Hoping this will be a success.

I'd recommend something like a Zoom G1 Four. It can be powered via USB or battery (or an AC Adaptor) and has some pretty good guitar tones. Additionally, it costs like 100 bucks
