@Jamesarc You should have a listen to my new DAW mix. I think it's a better balance of vocals than the current published mix. We want Linda's lead vocal out front and my backing vocals supporting her in the sonic background. Rock on!
I like this song better when I imagine that the guy in El Paso survived the gunshot...
@Jamesarc I added another harmony BV track. Synced it pretty tightly and trimmed negative time. I hope you dig.
Both backing vocal tracks are pretty hot compared to Linda's lead vocal track. I saved a DAW mix with both BV tracks at about 25% volume to Linda's 100% volume and that seems about right. Turned the backing track down some so I could hear what was going on. Have a listen and see what you think.
I tightened up Linda's vocal sync a little bit too (small fraction of a second). Now the vocals are real tight.
