Okay guys, I marked this Collab complete today 8/24/25. I can't thank everyone enough for their contributions to this project. My dear old friend Anthony @Revup67, I've always been in awe of your talented drumming and this track is no exception, you slayed it. Bill @billbassdude, you took a fairly complicated bass line and made it sound effortless, you are a gifted musician. Michael @Michael Dixon, after me you probably put in the most work. I can't thank you enough for your tireless effort to get it perfect, killer job. Heather @Heather Diaz, as per your usual, your vocals and harmonies are spot on, as perfect as I've ever heard. Brandon @N3RO, you my friend are the icing on the cake. Your vocal performance is incredible! You gave it soul and feeling that rivals the original. I particularly love your vocal tag at the very end, awesome. Once again, thank you all, you've made me a very happy camper.
Great work here guys my only observation I would rise the main vox a tad or drop the backing but it still sounds awsome !!!

Brandon and Heather, like Anthony said, you guys tore this one up. Well worth the wait. Give me a day or so to get the mix right and I'll get it published as soon as I can.

Bob. it said locked so I clicked and Unlocked it. but I don't know how to remove Completed, clicked it and it marked it as completed again
I don’t have a 19 background so multi tracking on my door and uploading it to an MP4, I seem to fail on that and there’s never any sound when I upload the video. But what I like about the low resolution video is that you can see theoretically multitrack and add all the parts separately. I just would have to figure out a way in the future where you’re not always getting hammered by the publish notification.

Gentlemen, is there any reason I should not mark this one complete? I've had no luck in recruiting a trumpet player. Let me know your thoughts on levels etc.

Since no one puts good vocal track on it, I temporarily put a track isolated from the backing. If someone makes the real track, we'll remove it and put their track on top.

Hi, I saved my mix with a few minor changes. Obviously, I removed the BT. However, keep in mind that everyone will hear it a little differently, depending on their headphones and personal taste. Your version is also great. Great work, see you soon!
